Gwen Aube is a working class writer living in Montreal, Quebec. Her debut collection, Missed Connections with Tall Girls, arrives spring 2026 with LittlePuss Press.
She was a finalist for the 2025 PEN Canada New Voices Award, a 2025 Artist-in-Residence with the Ontario Heritage Council, and a Kevin Killian scholarship recipient for the Jack Kerouac School Summer Writing Program. Her chapbook pulp necrosis was published by above/ground press.
Her work appears in or is forthcoming from The New Orleans Review, The Gay & Lesbian Review, Maisonneuve Magazine, Expat Press, and Contemporary Verse 2.
Alongside Simina Banu, she is co-editor of Maybe Mag.
Originally, she is from Windsor, Ontario, where she lives some of the year with her trans mother and female erastes, Sybil Lamb.
